Each supplier has a slightly different warranty policy we must follow. Please refer to the links below for a comprehensive look at each.

While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with respect to such goods.
Prospect Equipment 2005 ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.
Unit pricing is set by suppliers though in special cases dealers may sell for less.
Estimates/quotes are valid for 15 days.
Prospect Equipment will not hold work order units that have been left for longer than 60 days.
Carb kits, electrical items, and special orders are non-returnable.
A minimum deposit is required on all units in for repair.
Special order parts require pre-payment.
PDI & FREIGHT
P.D.I (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and Freight are an integral part of your new unit purchase. We feel it is important to disclose the total costs to the customer-exactly why we show the breakout of the P.D.I and Freight charges separately, rather than bundling them in with the sticker price.
Assembled by trained technicians
Shipping materials & packaging properly discarded and recycled
Tested and inspected by a trained technician
Products are fueled and all necessary fluids, oils and lubricants added
Explanation or demonstration of features and operating procedures
Review of maintenance intervals and safety precautions
Warranty registration on site
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are closed all STAT holidays
Regular hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
For pickup of larger units please call ahead and arrive at least 15 min before closing.
